Another source that did want to write off Capt. Speicher. My friend Chip Beck has been in many wars while with the CIA covert operations for 23 years. Where is Capt. Speicher?

Persian Gulf POW/MIA- old pattern of coverup
Danny,
Just for background for your list.
I was assigned directly to Admiral Arthur during the Gulf War in my
role as the US Navy's Combat Artist for the conflict. I got to know
the Admiral up close and personal, and he is a decent, caring leader
who would have moved all forces to help Speicher at the time, had the
system sent signals that he might be alive.
Also, I was in DPMO at the time Alan Liotta returned from the 1995
foray to the site (Liotta himself never got out of Jordan). When Liotta
announced to the DPMO staff in the conference room that "We found
no evidence that Speicher survived the crash," I was the only one
who spoke up and said "Neither did you find evidence that he died.
You found no conclusive evidence either way, therefore the case cannot
be closed."
I know I've mentioned this before, but it bears repeating. We need
to elect Bush to office, and get one of us appointed as DASD DPMO. There
are other cases that should not be closed, and have never been examined
with professionalism, competence, or objectivity.
